Rates
The loft can be rented as a 1 bedroom (main loft) or as a 2 bedroom apartment (including guest suite). The rental rates vary according to the season, the number of persons that will stay in the apartment and the lenght of your stay.
Nightly rates range between 130-160 EUR and include : bed linen & towels, wireless internet connection, cable TV, utilities (20 Kwh/day), taxes. Check-out cleaning fee is extra. Extra cleaning services and airport transfer can be organized.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer or through Paypal. A security deposit of 400 EUR/ 500 USD is payable on check-in.
